Responsibilities:-
• Perform non-destructive tests (NDT) and determines product acceptability to the authorized limits of the NDT level obtained in accordance with the prescribed methods and procedures
• Perform NDT Inspection duties in support of customer parts
• Record, organize and evaluate test results and generate NDT reports
• Perform verification of In-coming / In-process dimensional inspection
• Perform Final Dimensional and Visual Inspection
• Maintain all measuring equipment in QA Department
• Ensures compliance to all radiation safety rules and regulations and provides protections to self and others during testing
• Dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with Environmental Regulations
• Maintain all NDT equipment, assure all calibration and maintenance has been performed
• Buy off and maintain NDT consumables and ensure inventory is up to date
• Coordinates NDT Inspection workload according to priorities, efficiency and cost
• Participate and drive any projects assigned
• Take on any task assigned by superior
Requirements:
• Minimum Technical Certificate/NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical/Precision) or equivalent
• At least two years working experience in related field
• Able to perform measurement using micrometer, surface roughness, bore gauge and NDT Level II (At least LPI, MPI & UT)
• Required language(s): English (both spoken and written)
• Must be computer literate
• Positive working attitude & self motivated
