Job Description:
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Cook and prepare food for customers’ as per the standard recipes
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
- Do cashering
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Ensure area of responsibility are clean, tide and organised
- Ensure sufficient stock for daily operation; stocks and ingredients keep fresh and follow FEFO (first expired first out) system
- Any other duties as directed
