Job Scope and Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing & eCommerce Executive to join our growing team as we expand globally. In this role, you will focus primarily on digital marketing strategies, support social media content creation, and assist in managing our eCommerce platforms.
An added bonus if you have IT skills to help enhance our digital efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior candidate eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 1.Digital Marketing (60%)
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social media, and web-based ads.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Help improve website traffic through SEO best practices and support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Content Development: Work closely with the team to create compelling content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance digital marketing strategies.
- Website Updates & IT Support: Support content updates, product listings, and troubleshooting on the company website to ensure optimal performance
- 2. Social Media Content Management (20%)
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Assist in developing engaging social media content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing calendar.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and build a positive online community.
- Performance Tracking: Track social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, and follower growth) and suggest improvements to enhance brand presence.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, providing fresh ideas for content and engagement.
- 3. eCommerce Management (20%)
- Platform Management: Support product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and our web store).
- Order Fulfillment & Customer Service: Help with order processing, returns, and customer inquiries to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track eCommerce sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for improvement.
You should have…
- Experience or interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and social media management.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools).
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) is a plus.
- IT/technical skills (basic HTML, website maintenance) are highly advantageous.
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.
