Job Description
· Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing production machineries, equipment, systems, and infrastructures.
· Responsible to ensure machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Minimize machine downtime.
· Able to perform Preventive and Predictive TPM.
· To be able to monitor and control maintenance costs.
· Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs of machines breakdown
· Using Root cause analysis tool to analyze the cause of the breakdown.
· Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· To liaises with external contractor work.
Requirements
· Able to work 3 Rotative Shifts / Weekends.
· Candidate must possess at least minimum NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic)
Advantageous if experienced working with:
· PLC's, HMI's systems e.g., Siemens, Omron, Keyence.
· Production equipment and CNC machines
· Hydraulic/pneumatic controls, actuators, ball-screw and slide assembly and spindle repairs.
· Able to read, interpret machine drawings, procedures, Electrical / Mechanical schematics, drawings, wiring / block diagrams.
