Responsibilities:


*Strategy Development:*

*Analyze customer data and market trends:* Understand customer demographics, pain points, and buying behavior in Singapore. Research competitor marketing strategies and identify company's unique selling propositions (USPs) for air conditioning installation, servicing, and maintenance.

*Develop a digital marketing plan aligned with business goals:* Set clear objectives like increasing website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness. Create a roadmap with specific tactics and KPIs (key performance indicators) for each platform.

*Establish budget allocation:* Determine the budget for paid advertising, content creation, and social media management tools based on marketing goals and industry benchmarks.

Content Creation:

*Blog posts:* Develop informative blog posts targeted at potential customers

*Social media content:* Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube:

*Facebook:* Share informative posts, customer testimonials, special offers, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the team.

Instagram: Use high-quality photos and videos showcasing the various services the company provide, before-and-after shots, and infographics

*YouTube:* Create explainer videos, customer testimonial videos, and other educational contents.

*Email Marketing:* Develop targeted email campaigns segmented by audience needs (e.g., potential customers, existing customers).

*SEO Optimization:*

*Keyword research:* Identify relevant keywords Singaporeans use to search for the services our company offers.

*On-page optimization:* Optimize website content (titles, meta descriptions, headings) with targeted keywords to improve search engine ranking.

*Local SEO:* Ensure 338's Google My Business listing is complete and up-to-date with accurate contact information, high-quality photos, and positive customer reviews.

*Social Media Management:*

- Schedule and publish engaging content across platforms.

- Respond to comments and messages promptly.

- Monitor social media trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

*Paid Advertising:*

- Develop targeted PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.

- Craft compelling ad copy and ensure landing pages provide a seamless user experience.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize keywords, bids, and ad copy for maximum return on investment (ROI).

*Analytics:*

- Track website traffic, lead generation, and conversions from marketing campaigns.

- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Generate regular reports to communicate marketing results and progress to stakeholders at 338 Aircon.

*Media Relations:*

- Develop relationships with journalists and bloggers in the Singaporean home improvement and lifestyle media landscape.

- Identify opportunities for press releases, media mentions, or guest blog posts that showcase our company's expertise and services.
