Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they enter and exit the store.
- Efficiently assess client needs to manage traffic flow.
- Engage with clients in both physical queues and in-store who are waiting for assistance.
- Address client expectations regarding estimated wait times.
- Assist clients with directions and maintain a good knowledge of the surrounding area.
Job Requirement:
- Min with 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Good customer service skills, characterised by a friendly, warm, and gracious demeanor.
- Proactive in addressing client needs professionally and courteously.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Commitment to a yearly contract role.
