Construction Manager

Landed / Bungalow Project Experience
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
- Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Managing procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations and vendor selection.
- Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical issues (including structure, architecture, M&E, landscape and interior, etc) of projects.
- Responsible for submission of samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site to ensure works progress to meet master programe
- Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality.
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
- Properly trained in QEHS Policy, Objectives, impact/risk assessment, relevant safe work procedure/ operational control procedure, management Programmed, applicable legal and other requirements.
- Ensure all submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, Combine all necessary documents for handover
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- experience with landed and bungalow projects
