Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the recruitment of new hires
- Process monthly payroll and CPF submission
- Process IR8A, IR21, any staff related tax matters with IRAS
- Handle day-to-day HR operations as necessary
- Handle new staff onboarding, offboarding and orientation
- Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, government bodies as & when required
- Implement employee retention, engagement and other HR programmes.
- Ensure efficiency and compliance of HR department’s internal workflow and processes.
- Ensure effective employee relationship management.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years HR experience
- Degree or Diploma in HR or Business Management
- Knowledgeable in handling statutory submission through Government portals (WPOL, EPOL, etc)
- Added advantage if experienced in Infotech.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
- Able to work independently but also a good team player
- Positive and competent in building and managing interpersonal relations at all levels of the Company
