Administrative Assistant Cum Receptionist

Location: Queenstown Secondary School, 1 Strathmore Road, Singapore 148800

Contract Duration:

  • 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
  • Option to extend for an additional year

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 6:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
  • No service required on weekends and public holidays

Scope of Services:

  • Manage school reception and front desk support, including handling inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins.
  • Record and distribute mail.
  • Perform general administrative and data entry duties (e.g., student early departure and latecomer records).
  • Assist in stationery inventory management and keypress management.
  • Handle any other duties assigned by the Authority.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration.
  • Competent in English (both written and verbal communication).
  • Excellent customer service skills, meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous school setting experience is an added advantage
