Location: Queenstown Secondary School, 1 Strathmore Road, Singapore 148800
Contract Duration:
- 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
- Option to extend for an additional year
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 6:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
- No service required on weekends and public holidays
Scope of Services:
- Manage school reception and front desk support, including handling inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins.
- Record and distribute mail.
- Perform general administrative and data entry duties (e.g., student early departure and latecomer records).
- Assist in stationery inventory management and keypress management.
- Handle any other duties assigned by the Authority.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration.
- Competent in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Excellent customer service skills, meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous school setting experience is an added advantage
