Contract Duration:

  • 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
  • Option to extend for an additional year (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 6:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
  • Friday: 9:30am to 6:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
  • Total: 42 hours/week (both school term and holidays)

Scope of Services:

  • Reception Support: Manage reception, handle inquiries, assist students in the sick bay, log lost and found items, set up Conference Room, pack and distribute resources.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in P1 registration and orientation, manage Leave of Absence and DSA application, update student records, maintain office supplies, support school events, and perform other ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and conversant in both English and Mandarin.
  • Preferably with previous MOE school experience and First Aid Certification.
