Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test products to ensure compliance with all specifications.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to meet quality, waste reduction, and efficiency targets.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with faulty products or components to maintain specification standards.
- Implement improvement initiatives focused on quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to documentation standards for ISO 9001, MDSAP, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, QSR 21 CFR Part 820, and ISO 45001. Maintain workplace housekeeping and safety standards.
- Provide training for Technicians and Associate Technicians in product assembly and testing procedures.
Qualifications:
- NTC3 certification or a diploma in Manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting is a plus.
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks at once.
