Overview:The Project Intern will assist in implementing the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System within a Life Science company. The role supports the regional PPI manager to enhance governance, culture, and key metrics, driving process improvements through various digital technologies and methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support key PPI projects focused on process improvement in SG&A functions.
- Assist teams in identifying new projects through process analysis and data evaluation.
- Conduct PPI/LEAN training for leadership and employees as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience in leading projects related to corporate functions or improving customer experience.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn about continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma fundamentals.
- Ability to drive change and work in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum O/A Levels
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of global organizational processes and financial methods.
- Lean Six Sigma training is a plus.
