Area of Responsibility:
• Showcase deep knowledge of their timepieces, guiding clients through their purchasing decisions with professionalism and passion.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Build a loyal customer base by providing personalized follow-up and ensuring a memorable client journey.
• Assist the supervisor in overseeing and coordinating stock counts to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Collect and update client details in the CRM to support personalized service and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills, as will be handling high-end clients where clear and professional interaction is a top priority.
• Internal stakeholder management is essential for effectively liaising with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
