Contract Period: 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025
Option to Extend: 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
  • Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
  • Not Required: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

  1. Attend to phone calls and walk-in enquiries.
  2. Maintain a registry of incoming & outgoing mails.
  3. Accept mails/goods on behalf of the school and ensure prompt routing to staff.
  4. Handle printing jobs, issue stationery, and maintain office supplies.
  5. Attend to student matters, such as unwell cases and lost & found.
  6. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and minutes-writing.
  7. Any other duties as assigned by the school.
  8. Deploy at General Office or MOE kindergarten as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education: Full GCE O Level or A Level certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a school or related environment.
  • Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in MS Office.
    Meticulous, resourceful, and able to handle challenging situations.
    First-aid knowledge is preferred.
