Contract Duration: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 (with an option to extend until December 31, 2026)
Working Hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 7:30 am - 4:45 pm (inclusive of 45-min lunch break)
- Fri: 7:30 am - 4:15 pm (inclusive of 45-min lunch break)
- Note: Occasionally required to work weekends or late hours, depending on school requirements.
Scope of Services:
- Develop and provide ICT training programs and project work for staff and students, including Adobe software, videography, and ICT baseline skills.
- Manage ICT-related projects, including Home-Based Learning and cyber wellness programs.
- Handle the official school website—regular updates, multimedia management, and aesthetic improvements.
- Manage AV/IT equipment, including loan, setup, maintenance, and repairs.
- Design multimedia presentations, logos, banners, and school marketing materials.
- Conduct Adobe, photography, and videography training for CCA Media Club students.
- Train teachers in various ICT tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite apps, video/photo editing, and Scratch.
- Conduct assembly talks on ICT-related issues for students and parents.
- Assist with any other duties assigned by school leaders.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office 365, GSuite, Windows, Mac, and Chrome OS
- Video production (Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie), animation, live streaming, website management (Isomer, HTML, CSS, CMS)
- Photography and graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
- Video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Stop Motion, Padlet, Nearpod, Tynker software, webpage design, podcasting, and Chromebook utilization.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in media or infocomm-related field
- MOE registration
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
