Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Singapore and Australia teams, consisting of 9 senior leaders, in a team-focused environment.
- Collaborate with the phone team to share call management responsibilities.
- Schedule and coordinate complex meetings and phone/video conferences.
- Handle a high volume of calls, including answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
- Record detailed and accurate messages.
- Manage busy calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate logistics.
- Arrange travel and promptly process expense reports.
- Assist in organizing client events, including booking venues, coordinating logistics, and managing premiums.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as time entry, copying, scanning, archiving, and handling ad hoc projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of relevant secreterial and administrative experience
- Possesses strong business accumens, organisation and attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and a professional attitude.
- A strong team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Zoom
