Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and site deployments, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with customers to understand technical needs, provide support, and recommend solutions.
- Lead the implementation of video analytics solutions, conduct training, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administer the platform, manage user accounts, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Work with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Mentor interns and contribute to process documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends to improve customer success strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success or technical account management.
- Strong background in software development or technical support.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Service-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
