2) Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a focus on Payroll. In this role, you will handle payroll for over 80+ local and 260+ regional headcounts, ensuring seamless payroll operations while also supporting HR policies and recruitment. If you are highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact in a growing organization, this is the perfect role for you.

3) Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate payroll processing for local and regional employees.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and manage HR documentation.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and ensure consistent application.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and onboard new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide guidance, and foster a positive workplace environment.
