Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

VOffice is a leading virtual office company in Singapore, providing comprehensive administrative and business support solutions for clients across various industries. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team and ensure smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with billing, payment checks, and related tasks.
  • Perform data entry for web platforms and company systems.
  • Support general administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma / Relevant qualification.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work in-office from Monday to Friday.
