Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with billing, payment checks, and related tasks.
- Perform data entry for web platforms and company systems.
- Support general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma / Relevant qualification.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work in-office from Monday to Friday.
