Job Description
- Perform operation according to work instruction
- Handling of meat products, seasoning and panning
- Handling of vegetables, cutting and de-cartoning
- Inspect meat and vegetables products for any conformity problems and ensure that non-conformance products are isolated/discarded
- Monitor and perform simple machine trouble shooting
- Maintain high standard of food hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in the workplace and ensure full compliance to HACCP and other food safety standards.
- Maintain and improve workplace environmental, health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Science/Food Technology or any Engineering discipline
- Prior working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in food production or food processing industry
