We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the design, development, and implementation of various dashboard requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a team of data analysts and business users throughout each project stage to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of dashboard solutions.
Responsibilities
1) Requirements Gathering:
a) Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.
2) Data Preparation:
a) Clean, transform, and analyze data to ensure its suitability for dashboard development.
b) Perform data discovery and analysis from the bank's data platform to assess the feasibility of requirements.
3) Dashboard Design:
a) Conceptualize dashboard designs through wireframes and prototypes.
b) Develop visually appealing and intuitive dashboards in QlikView/Qlik Sense to effectively communicate key insights and metrics.
c) Apply best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
4) Testing & Troubleshooting:
a) Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure dashboard functionality and performance across different devices and platforms.
5) Training:
a) Conduct training sessions and roadshows to promote awareness and usage among target users.
6) Additional Tasks:
a) Assist with other data discovery tasks (non-dashboard related) that the team is working on.
Qualifications
7) Qualifications and Requirements:
a) Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
b) Technical Skills:
i) Experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense, including dashboard development, data modelling, and reporting.
ii) Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, visualization tools, and scripting.
iii) Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation.
8) Analytical Skills:
a) Ability to convert data into meaningful information and insights.
b) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
9) Soft Skills:
a) Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
b) Effective time and stakeholder management skills.
