Responsibilities:
- Operate cosmetics dispensing, mixing, filling, and packing machinery specified in manuals or procedures.
- Oversee the daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency, quality, yield, and machine utilization.
- Report all incidents, near misses, and deviations from the procedure and take part in further investigation when required.
- Carry out installation, assembly, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting works on existing machines and equipment and new development projects.
- Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention.
- Perform reconciliation, cleaning, and sanitation after production processes.
Requirements:
- NITEC in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering/Robotics & Smart System/Internet of Things.
- Knowledge of GMP will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to support overtime and shift.
- Able to work independently.
