Job Description
The East Asian Institute at the National University of Singapore is looking for a Research Fellow with an excellent university degree, preferably with working experience in research on China and East Asia, with focus on sociology, public health, education and international development, and geopolitical analysis.
He/she will be part of a team covering a wide scope of research topics including the following but not limited to:
Social inequality, social stratification, social mobility, educational inequality, human capital, educational discrimination, China-ASEAN relations, China-ASEAN health and vaccine diplomacy, China-ASEAN Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) cooperation, China’s soft power.
The Candidate must have a relevant PhD with a proven track record of competency in independent research.
