Responsibilities:
- Carried out site measurement of materials.
- Prepare & monitor progress payment claims.
- General & Project administration and documentation.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Planning Manager.
- Handle AutoCAD 2D.
- Monthly closing of invoices
- Creation of PO (Purchase Order)
- Liaising with vendors for item purchasing
- Manage office supplies and ration
- Coordinate worker attendance, leave application, training, medical claim, site expense claim.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveyor or other relevant studies
- 2 years of working experience in construction sector - LTA project.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Words
- Good at filing and summarizing
