Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development
- Engineering team provides technical supports and engineering service to greenfield/brownfield projects adopting in-house proprietary technologies.

Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechcanical Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in Engineering related work in Refinery / Petrochemical Plants
- EPC experience can be considered
