Timeless Eternal Beauty Pte. Ltd. is a renowned provider of premium beauty care products, known for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the China market. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for sales and market expansion.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business in the China market, focusing on increasing market share and revenue.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and securing contracts with distributors and retailers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies for optimum performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create targeted campaigns and product offerings suited for the Chinese market.
  • Set sales goals and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, clients, and partners.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the beauty care product landscape in China, ensuring competitive positioning of the brand.
  • Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through high-impact sales and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the beauty care or related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the China market and experience in driving successful sales initiatives in the region.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
