- Ensuring that customer expectations are met and dealing with customer complaints
- Managing team members and help to interview and hire clinic staffs
- Training and evaluating clinic staff
- Managing staff leave and manpower
- Work with doctor to suggest promotional material
- To work in tandem with marketing team to execute in-house promotions and to track conversions
- Inventory control and managing stock levels
- Checking in and out of patients
- Managing appointments
- Managing budgets and pricing of procedures
- Develop and implement store strategies
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with up to 40-50 customers a day, while at the same time help to manage new enquiries.Additional manager duties as needed
Requirements
- Good clinic manager experience or retail manager experience
- Experience in providing good customer service
- Experience in handling large customer volume
