Design, build, and implement solutions for racks, enclosures, and automated fiber assembly production lines, focusing on 42U server racks, SCADA racks, junction boxes, patch panels, on-ground enclosures, and automation systems.
Responsibilities:
- Customize and design racks, enclosures, and cabinets for various industries.
- Perform AutoCAD-based drafting and 3D modelling (SolidWorks preferred).
- Develop and implement automation processes for fiber optic assembly.
- Design and optimize production line layouts and automation software interfaces.
- Analyze project requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Design high precision and high-tech automation equipment, ensuring that it meets performance, quality, and reliability standards for fiber assembly
- Coordinate with fabrication houses and component suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and components.
- Guide assembly technicians in building and testing the equipment, ensuring that it meets design specifications and performance requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement of our productions.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering and automation technology.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and automation software (e.g., PLC, SCADA).
- Experience with hardware and software integration in automation systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
