Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience on building projects in main contractor construction firm with proven track record
Experience in factory/warehouse/industrial projects would be advantageous
Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage
Minimum 3 key points for Responsibilities
Coordinating M&E matters on site to ensure works are in accordance with contract specs and drawings and regulations
Source, Liaise and coordinate with M&E subcontractors or procurement of M&E equipment
Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress
Assist to prepare M&E program and submission schedule
Develop Coordinated Services drawings
Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth work progress
Supervise the progress of works on site to ensure compliance with plan
Provide advice on all M&E related matters
Any other ad-hoc assignment
