  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
  • Contract Period: January 2025 - June 2025


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks for the department or office.
  • Answer all internal and external calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Manage daily reception duties, welcoming visitors and ensuring proper check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Oversee visitor access and control access cards.
  • Provide related service of staff on board & resign procedures on FM scope.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations and provide necessary support.
  • Handle daily orders for consumables and manage hotel reservations.
  • Offer employee welfare support.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience of working at the Front of House within a Corporate or Hotel environment
