You will be responsible for :
- All general office & HR administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and/or premises related concern.
- Supporting on-boarding/off-boarding of staff.
- Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.
- Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
- Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team and classrooms as required.
- Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.
- Handling end-to-end work pass related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing etc.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
- Maintain premises and facilities according to school guidelines
