You will be responsible for :

  • All general office & HR administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and/or premises related concern.
  • Supporting on-boarding/off-boarding of staff.
  • Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.
  • Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
  • Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team and classrooms as required.
  • Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.
  • Handling end-to-end work pass related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing etc.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Maintain premises and facilities according to school guidelines
