Responsibilities
The role involves modernizing and transforming HRP processes to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness. The jobholder will work with agencies across the Public Service, alongside other Public Service Transformation (PSD) clusters, to conceptualize, design, develop, and maintain effective process and policy solutions for the next-generation HRP system.
Requirements
An ideal candidate should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Experience with HR Enterprise Systems: Proven experience in implementing and maintaining HR Information Systems, with a preference for SAP HCM (ECC or HANA).
- HR Policies and Processes: Strong understanding of HR policies and practices, with the ability to integrate them effectively into the HR system.
- Clear Thinking and Sound Judgment: Ability to analyze issues from a strategic perspective, identify opportunities or gaps, and propose user-centric initiatives to address them.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skill in engaging stakeholders, gathering feedback, identifying gaps in meeting their needs, and effectively communicating system solutions.
- Project Management: Excellent planning and analytical abilities, using data and research to manage project milestones and drive initiatives
