Your Job Scope
- Pursue new projects and markets to optimize company assets and achieve sales targets.
- Researching to identify potential markets, trends, and customer needs within the office design & renovation industry.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify potential customers and projects.
- Initiate customer visits, and perform site surveys.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Follow up and negotiate with customers while adhering to company pricing policies.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department and customers on project executions.
- Manage project costing, and prepare quotations based on clients’ requirements
- Project managing. Eg. Schedule workflow
- Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the project works smoothly
- Able to travel to the renovation site during the renovation period
- Responds to clients’ email/tele inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
· Candidates with GCE O-Level and above or relevant courses will be considered
· Or minimum 1 year experience preference
· Committed, driven and self-motivated
· Responsible and team player.
· Possess a positive & vibrant personality, creative with an eye for detail
· Able to see the job through from concept to execution
· Meticulous, passionate, good communicator, excellent time manager
· Preferably Singaporean/ Malaysian(WP)
