Description
- Ability to analyse and work independently for assigned tenders
- Ensure completeness of next level taking off and verify on the formation of the tender pricing
- Assist the Senior Contracts Manager/ Contract Managers to manage the whole tender process, including site visits, taking off, pricing, negotiation with sub-con/ suppliers, engagement with consultant, tender clarifications/ interview and handover meeting to fellow colleagues for successful tender
- Monitor and review latest market accurately and advice on strategic pricing to win tender.
- Compilation and preparation post tender analysis
Requirement
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry preferably under the tender department
- Independent and driven
- Willing to work in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
