Job Scope

To ensure all reports are timely submitted to Head Office, Regulators and Tax agent. Reports are accurate and complete. Timely processing of staff reimbursement and vendors payments


Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare the following reports to be reviewed by Team Head:Daily/Monthly/Quarterly (Preparer)

• Daily Nostro Reconciliation

• Processing of vendor invoices and journal entries for the payment processing.

• Processing of staff claims and journal entries for the reimbursement processing.

• Preparer of Journal entries for bank charges and interest income on a regular basis.

• Manage SG branch’s funding for OPEX and payroll

• Upload of FX rate in FCC and Avaloq system.

• Preparer of the list of Head Office Reporting

- MB 2-Derivative Nominal Trading Volume

- MB 3-1 Derivative Products Outstanding Report

- MB 4-Securities Investment Evaluation Report

- MB-16-Analysis of Customer Deposits- MB

-18-CNY Business Statistics- AI397-Nostro Balances

- QB-9-Financial Health Index

- QB-10-Statistics of Securitized and Structured Products

- QB-11-Breakdown of Call Loans to Banks

- QB-13-Treasury Transaction Report

- QB15-Information for BIS Ratio

- QB-16-Details of Non-Performing Assets Written Off

• Preparation of daily End of Day Suspense reconciliation for the branch.

• Assist in ad-hoc requests from HO Accounting & HO FICON on Financial performance

• Daily follow-up on suspense account or unreconciled items reported timely to HO Accounting


Key Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of Accounting experiences
  • Knowledge and understanding of SAP and FCC Systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of Singapore Income Tax regulations
  • Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory, International Financial Reporting Standards and internal management reporting requirements
  • PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Powerpoint
  • Administrative (filing/archiving), interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good communications skills
