Job Description:
-Managing and leading a team of foremen and workers to carry out Architecture preparation works
-Coordinating with sub contractors and structural & M&E teams for architecture work
-Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
-Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
-Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
-Collaborating with contractors and construction teams
-Ensuring effective communication and problem-solving throughout the project.
Job Requirement:
-Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized university by BOA or BCA or its equivalent
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in local construction industry
-Knowledge in Autodesk Revit Software is an advantage
-Strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills
