Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, from store opening to closing
- Support the sales team to achieve their targets while delivering excellent customer service
- Ensure smooth customer transactions for sales and purchases
- Keep inventory well-organized, price items accurately, and maintain attractive displays
- Train junior staff and enhance their performance
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Assist with marketing efforts to drive sales and traffic to the store
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or management is an advantage
- Strong numerical skills and financial transaction handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
