Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Creative Content Associate who is passionate about content creation and marketing, with a strong understanding of Gen Z culture and trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating engaging content, identifying new content creators, and ensuring the development of brand loyalty among Gen Z consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and brainstorm content ideas based on the latest trends, styles and cultural insights
- Conduct content research and analyse cultural shifts to ensure our content remains relevant and appealing to our target Gen Z audience
- Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality Tik-Tok videos
- Research and identify new content creators and influencers to bring on board as brand ambassadors
- Contribute to community-building initiatives aimed at increasing brand loyalty and fostering long-term customer engagement
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to marketing strategies that resonate with Gen Z, ensuring that content aligns with broader company goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and cultural shifts to ensure content remains relevant and appealing to our target audience
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as content engagement growth and follower acquisition
Requirements:
- A passion for marketing, content creation, and social media trends
- Strong understanding of Gen Z culture and how to appeal to their values and interests
- Creativity, with the ability to ideate and collaborate on diverse content projects
- Excellent research skills to identify potential content creators and influencers
- Basic understanding of video production (preferred but not required)
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a desire to contribute to a positive, innovative work environment
