Job Title: outlet Manager
Reporting To: Head of Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Operations Management: Assist in ensuring the outlet runs efficiently and profitably, aligning with branch standards while fulfilling the expectations of employees, the company, and customers.
- Supervise Staff and Resources: Help oversee the management of food products, beverages, inventory, and labor costs to keep operational expenses within budget.
- Coordinate Production Processes: Organize and manage production activities, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to health and food safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the Central Kitchen.
- Maintain Food Quality Standards: Ensure that food quality consistently meets required standards.
- Promote a Positive Work Environment: Exhibit a proactive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to work independently while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
- Assist with Baking Tasks: Perform baking duties as needed.
- Handle Administrative Duties: Manage tasks related to cash handling and waste management.
- Staff Scheduling: Develop staff schedules to ensure sufficient coverage for operations.
- Task Delegation: Assign specific responsibilities to outlet employees.
- Uphold Service Standards: Ensure compliance with the company’s service expectations.
- Request Maintenance Support: Initiate requests for repairs and maintenance for equipment or other areas of the outlet.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Polite, energetic, cheerful, and dedicated work ethic.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for engaging with customers and providing excellent service.
