Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to contribute to various data-driven projects and initiatives, ranging from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing and live verification. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data querying, data wrangling, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in projects from the initial phases of requirements gathering, solution design, functional specification reviews, to user acceptance testing and live verification.
· Collaborate closely with workstreams, UX designers, and technology teams to elicit business requirements, design conceptualizations, and create visualizations.
· Analyse various scenarios to assess risks and impacts, ensuring alignment with established processes and information architecture.
· Conduct thorough reviews of business requirements to ensure they adhere to design principles and information architecture standards.
· Work with technology partners on prioritization, solutioning, and implementation, attending regular scrum meetings and user story grooming sessions.
· Review technical solution proposals, providing effective challenges and alternate suggestions when necessary.
· Evaluate existing processes and identify areas of improvement, proposing solutions to optimize workflows.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation related to data flows, design processes, and any changes for audit readiness.
· Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, coordination, and delivery of tasks within budget and timelines.
· Stay adept at managing multiple deliverables, tight timelines, and resource constraints while anticipating needs and challenges to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
· Participate in workshops related to business unit initiatives and provide valuable input.
· Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong hands-on experience with data querying (SQL) and handling data schemas and data wrangling.
· Excellent understanding of requirements gathering, solutioning, and functional specs review.
· Experience working closely with workstreams, UX designers, and technology teams to elicit and conceptualize business requirements.
· Knowledge of risk data and familiarity with data discovery and lineage across data tables, especially within ADA systems, is highly advantageous.
· Proficiency in maintaining high standards of documentation for audit readiness.
· Strong ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines, resource constraints, and complex deliverables.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Familiarity with agile methodologies, including attending scrum meetings and grooming sessions.
