- Specialization in Design, Installation and Supply of Electrical Systems, ELV systems, Project Lighting, Building Intelligent System
- Planning and scheduling of projects
- To manage construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
- To handle design for Electrical / Mechanical works and to ensure clients' requirements are met
- To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors
- Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
- To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
- Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
- Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge and report to Stake Holder
- To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
- Full knowledge of project account settlement ith Client and Vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Electrical Project Management Required.
- Technically competent across the full range of electrical systems, ELV System, Project Lighting, Building Intelligent System and relevant skill set and competencies in infrastructure system.
