The role involves driving platform improvements, process automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and implement IT workflows, processes, and standards.
- Lead platform upgrades and enhancements.
- Automate CMDB processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to deploy and integrate ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices and integration strategies.
- Document processes and provide training for effective platform use.
- Ensure all implementations meet policies and standards.
- Oversee system testing and platform improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong experience translating requirements into ServiceNow functionality.
- Expertise in IT workflows, ServiceNow enhancements, and automation.
