Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, shipment status, and logistics-related questions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Daty entry and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests until resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
