Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with order tracking, shipment status, and logistics-related questions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Daty entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests until resolution.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
