· Having 6+ years of expertise in application support,
· Having good understanding and exposure to SQL language,
· Having proven experience on issues and root causes analysis
· Experience in scripting languages (Windows or Unix) and command lines (Linux)
· Experience supporting applications using Kafka and API
· Having good experience in managing incidents, requests and problems resolution,
· Ability to support multiple applications in parallel,
· Experience using Jira, Metis and Confluence tools,
· Experience monitoring CTRL-M jobs,
· Assess priorities and act accordingly
· Understand concepts of IT Production environment and deployment process,
· Understand concepts of ITIL.
