Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings, and voucher sales.
- Ensure the security of the premises and facilities.
- Manage opening and closing of the outlets.
- Preparing the staff roster.
- Ensure the location remains functional and presentable at all times.
- Conduct training for the Service Crew.
Requirements:
- Diploma with experiences in F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Service-oriented, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- F&B experience is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Location: Singapore Islandwide
5-day work week.
