- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team including; prepare quotations; manages sales cycle from order processing to fulfillment and ensure prompt response to customers and vendors.
- Handle phone/email enquiries and the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and delivered in a timely manner according to customer requirement.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipment from vendors to customers.
- Handle customer returns and issues from vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of Sales and PO data.
- Liaising with other departments to facilitate daily work requirement.
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder
- Welcome entry level - Training Provided
- With IT, Sales/Customer Support background will be an advantage
- 5 days work (8.30am to 6pm) at Henderson road (Bukit Merah Central)
- Salary $2500 - $3500
- Start work immediately or within short notice
