Information:
- Salary range: $4,500 - $6,000
- Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Working location: Bukit Merah
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports and annual financial statements
- Monitoring and analysis of monthly reporting results against Budget / Forecast / Prior Year.
- Planning and management of Budget and Forecasting
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions and annual corporate income tax filings with IRAS.
- Prepare commission / incentives payout and computation of staff car benefits.
- Monitor company's treasury arrangements, cash flow and prepare cash management plan.
- Conduct annual / periodic stock take and assets verifications.
- Collaborate with HOD and teams to help improve business performance and optimize costs.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents & corporate secretary for audits, tax filing, accounts & corporate matters.
- Identifying process improvements and enhancements in internal controls and data automation.
- Evaluation of new business proposals and preparation of business plans.
- Supervise and counselling of the Finance team on work performance, expectations and training.
- Property assets management.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/CPA
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with 3 years supervisory position.
- Excellent IFRS acumen and understanding of financial & tax reporting.
- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for details and desire to probe further into data.
