We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional to join our expanding company. You will have the freedom and support to create and foster customer relationships. The role involves boosting sales and market share by representing and endorsing our products to customers through effective management. Collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are met. Responsibilities include reaching budget goals, promoting the company, products, and sales strategies. This full-time, permanent position reports directly to the Sales Director.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Effectively plan, manage, and monitor sales and expenditure budgets
- Build relationships and manage customer accounts with integrity
- Engage with current and potential customers at conferences and events

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business-related courses is highly regarded but not required.
- Sales experience and commercial acumen will be highly regarded
- Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate, influence and persuade customers
- The ability to effectively communicate technical information
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Effective planning and time management
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge
- High-level analytical skills through data manipulation and management.
- Ability to highlight opportunities and gaps.

Expected salary range: $4,000 to $5,000
