Job Description & Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and best practice recommendations in Insurance and Reinsurance space
- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for functional and technical strategie
- Provide solution methodologies to meet client requirements
- Will to work hands-on on all tasks related to system reengineering, quality assurance, test management and execution.
- Lead Sales and Pre-sales (proof of concepts, presentations, and requests for proposals)
- Support our customers in defining and attaining strategic goals and optimizing their business processes
- Perform system testing to ensure performance quality and maintenance
- Facilitate complex issue resolution that arise during implementation
- Hold workshops and training sessions for our customers
- Drive process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and control process quality
- Receive training which focuses on the development of programming skills and product line knowledge
- Achieve key business outcomes while maintaining high quality
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of insurance industry focused on Life and Non-Life (Re)Insurance
- Minimum three IT system implementation experience across various software like SAP, Ingenium, Life Asia, NTT Data
- Minimum 10 years of experience in requirement gathering, system designing and implementations
- Experience in process design, modeling, and optimization
- Operational knowledge and project experience in package based implementation methodologies
- Knowledge of operational analytics, data management tools, and data configuration
- Operational experience in the usage of Business Warehouse
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with clients and technical resources
- Flexible to travel to various countries at client locations.
- Should have prior experience is dealing with customer across Asia.
- Ability to be creative, flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Risk Management, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent education.
- Insurance certifications like ACII, FIII, LOMA will be added advantage
