Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Call Centre Officer located at Ubi Road, Singapore. Our client’s line of business includes the retail sale of new and used automobiles, the service portfolio includes new and used car sales, parts and accessories sales. You will be responsible for handling customer calls and appointments, assisting service advisors, email, reminding customers about service due dates and proposed appointments, follow up on recalls and service campaigns, perform general administrative tasks, and undertake additional assigned duties.
Qualifications:
